As the title says, we're throwing a bottle into the sea with a rather unusual message: we need to get in touch with farmers (or people with animals) in the Aran Valley to give them our pomace .

Wait, what's this about spent grain? It's the technical term we use in breweries to refer to the malt we use in the beer-making process. Let us explain:

What we call spent grain is actually malt, in our case generally barley ( all 100% natural ingredients ), which, to extract the necessary sugar chains, undergoes an infusion process in water between 48°C and 78°C for an average of one or two hours. Afterward, it is filtered, and we keep the wort (the liquid portion).

The solid part is that "leachate" we talked about, which, although it is no longer useful to us, is a food supplement to milk for all types of animals .

Upon arriving in the valley, we contacted several people in the area, but between the fact that there are fewer and fewer of them left and that we have expanded the production of our factory, we have a lot left over that we are very sorry to throw away.
