RÒI (IRISH RED ALE)
In collaboration with our friends from Sitgetana, we're launching this very special beer on March 18th at a series of friendly bars .
Ròi, in its barrel version, uses nitrogen to give it a unique and different touch that will surely not leave you indifferent.
Ròi is a crystal-clear red beer with a dense, compact head and aromas of ripe red fruit , caramel , and toast. It has a light body, a fine nitrogenous effervescence, malty notes, subtle herbaceous hints, and a balanced finish with a slight bitterness .
