Created quickly on the opening day of our brewery in Bossòst, with the idea of ​​a functional recipe to show us how each machine worked, this beer was destined to become a staple. After tasting it, and thinking it was a first batch destined to be thrown away, it turned out to be a big hit, even though the recipe was developed in just a few minutes. 10 minutes . Hence its name.

DESCRIPTION:

Crystalline straw blonde. Floral aromas (geranium), herbaceous notes, and hints of cereal. Light body, medium carbonation. Citrus notes with a dry finish and a persistent, resinous bitterness.
