Finally, after many requests, PALISANDRO is now available in cans. One of REFU's first recipes, originally brewed in Italy over 10 years ago, this is our interpretation of a Brown Ale.

DESCRIPTION

Reddish-brown, aromas of ripe fruit (banana and plum). Full-bodied, medium carbonation. Notes of caramel, with a slight alcoholic spice. Dry finish with a persistent, roasted bitterness.

PAIRING

Palisandro is a full-bodied beer. The complex nuances of the various caramelized and roasted malts make a very good pairing with all kinds of red meats and aged sheep, goat, and cow cheeses.
