A distinctive style of beer is back: a Barley wine ! Made in collaboration with La Cervesera Artesana , Barcelona's first brewpub.
DESCRIPTION
Ruby red in color, with a brownish head that retains well. Aromas of caramel, toffee, biscuit, and light spice notes. Full-bodied and voluminous on the palate, silky and smooth with medium carbonation, malty notes, caramel, light spice notes, and a balanced sweet and dry finish. It dangerously masks its 12% alcohol content.

PAIRING
Its fullness and warmth make it a perfect companion for red meats and aged cheeses. It also pairs beautifully with sweets, nuts, or simply served in a glass after a meal or by the fireplace.

Barleywine de la vieja escuela, con su perfil a caramelo toffee, pasas y fruta madura. Cuidado con esos grados ... hay que bebérsela despacito.
Es una cerveza potente y con mucho cuerpo. Se nota el alcohol, pero no resulta pesada ni empalagosa. No es una cerveza refrescante, más bien para tomar con calma y disfrutar de sus sabores tostados y dulces. Tiene un punto amargo que equilibra bien el conjunto. No llega a parecer un licor o coñac, pero sí se nota como una cerveza fuerte, ideal para una noche tranquila o para acompañar postres o quesos curados. Gran birra.
