We launched this collaboration (in this case, the return of their Set & Settings) with our friends at Gross (Donosti). An independent brewery in the Basque Country, they focus on modern, hoppy styles. That's why we chose to make a MODERN PALE ALE, a hoppy beer using extracts and the dip technique.
The name, Vans And Caps, refers to two elements that distinguish both projects: the "modern" way of dressing that we can all have around here.
DESCRIPTION
Golden with a slight haze, compact and persistent foam. Aromas of grapefruit, pine, and citrus. Light-bodied with medium carbonation, citrus and herbaceous notes with a notable, persistent, and resinous bitter finish.
