If you already know our WEE , we present to you a very special project that began several months ago, in June 2024 , with a collaboration between our project and that of Santa Pau ( Garrotxa), adding our Scotch Strong ALE to a barrel that contained RATAFIA for more than 50 years.

Now, almost a year later, the beer is ready so you won't forget it for many years to come ;)

DESCRIPTION

Dark brown with ruby ​​highlights, low carbonation. Aromas of herbs, anise, and red berries. Full-bodied, with an explosion of herbaceous notes, licorice, spice, and light woody notes, finishing dry with a slight bitterness.
